With our special system, tying cardboard or plastic bales is very straightforward.

 

1. When the baler is empty, you should lay the straps along the grooves and tie them to the front part of the chamber bottom at the loop knot.
2. Create a cardboard or plastic bale.
3. Pull the straps forward to the appropriate length to tie them to the previously tied loops.
4. Cut the strap – there is a knife on the device for cutting the strap.
5. Eject the bale from the chamber and prepare the chamber for the next one.

Yes, both straps and steel wire can be used for bale tying. In small balers, tying is only possible using straps.
